A Regular Expression package for Dolphin Smalltalk
		Dolphin Smalltalk is a fully featured rapid software development system for PC based Microsoft Windows™ applications

Vassili Bykov has written this package for VisualWorks in 1996, and then in 1999 Vassili made a new version that would be easier to port, with a port to VisualAge. The Squeak and other ports were made from that second version.

Chris Uppal ported it to Dolphin in 1999.
